We meet at the Imperial Hotel on the First and Third Tuesday of every month, at 8pm.
Formed in 1953,our club was the first in the Eastern region of the British Isles and we can rightly claim to be the ancester to many of the other clubs in the area.
From its birth the club has forged an enviable reputation, pioneering many activities,it would be impossible to list all the activities and causes helped, suffice to say that where a need is found our club has never and will never be found wanting.
In the past our annual parties for the old young and lonely and our continuous commitment of providing holidays for the blind and partialy sighted, demonstrate that our activities are by no means restricted to that of fund raising.As club members we are encouraged to participate in both fund raising and service activities.
